For the person everyone goes to

The answer only lives in one person’s head.

A way to turn that knowledge into a simple private tool that answers the way they would — so the expert stops having to repeat themselves all day.

A lot of small businesses have one person everyone goes to.

The owner. The lead tech. The trainer. The teacher. The person who actually knows how things are done around here.

A new employee gets stuck and asks them. A helper is out on a job and calls them. A student or teammate misses something and comes back to them.

Most of the time, they’re not asking because they’re lazy. They’re asking because the real answer only lives in one person’s head.

I keep thinking about that problem.

Imagine you run a pool business. A new worker is standing next to a cloudy pool with test strip readings in their hand. They know what chlorine and pH are, but they don’t know what actually matters, what to fix first, or when they should stop and call you.

Normally, that call comes to you.

But what if they could open an app and get the answer you would have given them?

Not some generic AI response. Not random internet advice. Your way of doing it — the standards you actually use, the order you actually care about, the thresholds you actually trust.

The same thing happens with trainers, teachers, trade businesses, small IT teams, care teams, and anyone who has to explain the same things over and over.

That’s what I’m building with verteXpace: a way to turn someone’s real knowledge into a simple private tool that answers the way they would.

Not to replace the expert. To stop the expert from having to repeat themselves all day.

The first version is live now

I’m looking for business owners, trainers, teachers, and team leads who are willing to test it and tell me what feels useful, what feels off, and what’s missing. No polished feedback needed. I want the real gaps.
