Privacy Policy

Plain version: I don't sell your data, I don't run tracking analytics on this site, and everything below is what the product actually needs to work — nothing more. I'm a solo operator, not a company with a data team, so if anything here is unclear, email me and I'll answer directly.

Who this covers

This policy covers vertexpaceorganization.com and the products hosted on it (Prompt Architect's web account, the Forge knowledge-base tool, and product checkout/download). It does not cover the offline apps themselves (Baby AI Lite, Fix AI, Lumina OS, NovaGlyph Kit) — those run entirely on your device, don't phone home, and aren't covered by a web privacy policy because they don't send anything to a server in the first place.

What I collect, and why

• Account info. If you sign in, authentication is handled by Clerk (a third-party auth provider). I store your Clerk user ID and email address to associate your data with your account.
• API keys, if you add one.Prompt Architect lets you connect your own OpenAI / Anthropic / Google API key so you can run diagnostics with your own account. These are encrypted at rest. I never see them in plaintext, and they're only used to make the API calls you request.
• Session data.When you run a prompt through Prompt Architect, the prompt text, the model's response, and the diagnostic results are stored so you can see your history. This is the core function of the tool — it can't work without it.
• Custom rules and Forge content. Anything you write into a custom rule set or a Forge knowledge base is stored so it persists between sessions.
• Purchase records.If you buy a product through Stripe checkout, I store the order (product, amount, your email, and Stripe's transaction ID) so I can issue your download link and handle refunds. I don't store card details — Stripe handles that directly and never shares full card numbers with me.

What I don't do

• No analytics or tracking scripts on this site — I don't know who's visiting or what pages you read.
• No selling, renting, or sharing your data with advertisers.
• No training AI models on your prompts, your Forge content, or your custom rules.

Third parties involved

• Clerk — handles sign-in and authentication.
• Stripe — handles payment processing for product purchases.
• Vercel — hosts the site and its database.

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on their end. I don't control what they do beyond the scope of what I've integrated here.

Deleting your data

Email robertpage@vertexpaceorganization.com and I'll delete your account, session history, custom rules, Forge content, and stored API keys. Purchase records tied to a completed transaction are kept for accounting and legal reasons even after a deletion request, but I'll remove everything else.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If this changes in a way that matters — a new third party, a new kind of data collected — I'll update the date at the top of this page. There's no mailing list to notify because there's no mailing list.
